This is the way to upload some file into server.
In this case, i tried with WinSCP with the name host :www.mti.ugm.ac.id
i used my own user and password already registered.
early just fill the name host, user, and password. let the port default.
then just connect. if done, just drop the file that you want to upload into the right side. copy...and here we go...
